This is a 1941 J-3 cub that we are building. Note the cathedral ceiling, this is the first ceiling like this I have ever seen on a Cub. This cub is being restored using the Stewart Covering System. The wings are diffierent in that they have the bigger 12 gallon wing tanks instead of the normal 8 gallon tanks. The bagage compartment was removed and the entire area behind the rear seat was instead converted into a bagage area.Currently all the fabric is on the fuselage, tail surfaces, and wings. The Cub is almost ready to start assembly.
